Sprint 0 Retro Discussion
  • What went well:
    • Team onboarding was smooth.
    • Development environment setup was quick for most members.
  • What could be improved:
    • Communication could have been more frequent. (A recurring theme)
    • Members could have been given a clearer introduction to using Taiga.

New Business

Sprint 1 Task Assignments

Tasks for the upcoming sprint (sprint 1) have been assigned on Taiga.

All team members must accept their assigned tasks by end-of-day tomorrow.

The sprint goal is to have a functional prototype.
